Download the Vault 2012 Server file locally.
The installer will extract itself to the location you choose and automatically launch after extraction.

Note: Download any available Vault 2012 Service Pack from the Autodesk Support here and install following the Vault install.

Note: The use of this Software is bound by the Subscription Terms and Conditions and your Autodesk Software’s End User License Agreement.

Note: This software is not compatible with previous versions of Autodesk Vault. If you are using a previous version of Autodesk Vault, please refer to the Autodesk Data Management Server Implementation Guide (included as a PDF with this download) for specific instructions on migrating your data.

Note for Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD Mechanical and AutoCAD Electrical users:
The Vault Server and Vault Client are included for these applications on the media. The Vault Server component posted here is identical to the one delivered on the media.

Note for 3ds Max and 3ds Max Design Users: You must install the Autodesk Vault 2012 Plug-in for 3ds Max 2012 from the 3ds Max or 3ds Max Design 2012 Installation Wizard to make Vault available from within the product.
